Welcome to Purpose of Presence (PoP).  My name is Dreas short for Andreas, maybe you came across me as DreasTlks.  I want to first say how grateful I am to share this opportunity of life with you all, and then talk a little about what it means to find purpose in life.  The meaning of this excerpt is to provide a foundation for my mission as a visionary, creator, and artist of my own looking to serve and make an impact through the experiment that is PoP. 

I want to start by prefacing that we are all on our own individual journeys in life, and by no means should you ever believe in me, but more importantly may my mission, work, and voice on this platform serve as the reminder to believe only in yourself.  Where belief in self, sparks the fuse to a fire that can spread to be embraced, used, and inspired amongst others.

But theres a question that so many people seek, which I meditate on often, which is how is it that one finds their purpose? 

What is your purpose in life? Why are you here? Why are we here? Whats all this mean?

And to be succinct, in my meditation and thought, perhaps unpopular to what one would expect, I’ve come to believe that the purpose actually is nothing further than life itself.  Making innerstanding life in its own, a more direct answer to innerstanding purpose.

But before, elaborating further, let’s sit on this topic of purpose, for some examples that come to mind, to how we can start to really see what is going on here.  Let’s start with a bee.  A bee may see its purpose to pollinate the flower, but to you, the purpose of the bee was the honey you enjoy in your tea, or meal.  The cat may see its purpose to get the mouse, or run and play, but to you its purpose is the joy it brings when it rests at your side at night.  The forest may see the fire as a purpose of evil and destruction, burn everything that is there, where the fire can also see itself as good, burning down the forest to allow it to grow back bigger, and stronger..

You see, Purpose through this lens is subjective, however it does not rid the fact that there is a valuable purpose of you being here.  You indeed do have a purpose.  You in whatever way, shape, or form, do have an impact waiting to be made, whether you are trying or not.  Which is why, simply put, I believe that the purpose of your life is your life.

Whether you find yourself to be a heroin addict on the side of the street begging for help, or you discover a light as a creator that innovates, inspires and moves the world in a unique way, both have a purpose.  But the point of the matter is, that whether you see it or not, YOU are necessary to this puzzle of life.  You are the purpose, and to see the meaning of life, is to see the meaning of purpose.

Leading to the question, what is life?  Life is evolution, life is growth, life is pain, life is vision, life is remembering, life is present. 

Which leads to my point, of this mission behind Purpose of Presence.. being to inspire your purpose that lives no further than the actions that you make right now, in this present moment.  Moving, creating, and driving what your life (purpose) is to become.  Because YOU are the PURPOSE, and YOU are NOW. 

So my message to you all, that to find your purpose is to find meaning in life in doing what moves you most into the present.  The feeling of action that brings you most to the now, allowing you to stand through the gift that is this very moment.. a gift that is eternal.. a gift that is life.. the gift that is you. 

Above all else, I hope this mission of PoP inspires action, creation, and light in every one of you to live and act out of the purpose that exists in the present moment.
